SSH Podcast
The adventures of the two exiled aliens as they send Transmissions home to the mother-planet – Spudarchy Groove (Dr.) and Krossie (Krossphader) are the earth host names of two aliens who’ve been sent to report back from this planet, to their own home planet of Spudarchy.
Some, indeed many, back on Spudarchy, listen to their transmissions from Earth via these podcasts and there is a growing movement on their home planet to end the banishment that was imposed on them for what has become known as ‘the controversy’. They receive technical help from the Engineer Soviet Pop.

Whilst life on Spudarchy is advanced, the inhabitants are interested in the bizarre adventures of Krossie & Groove as they send back music, clips, and interview guests about life on this primitive planet which appears bent on self-destruction. Will the SSH convince Dr. Wattz to build them a spaceship so that they can return home, will they go native, will they save the earth, or will they be taken back to the planet from which they were exiled?
SSH Prog. 1 -> Surburban Superheroes – Soiled By Cheap Spanish Wine
With minds soiled by cheap Spanish wine, they run a fireside gauntlet of ham actors and arse films in the form of There Will be Blood, a movie based on American mud raking journo Upton Sinclair’s Oil, and the classy spanish ghost flick The Orphanage.

Our heroes are joined by DJ Oneshot and talk about life here on an island which has the IMF goons in situ and where we practice asking people to lose the attitude. With the bodies of their earth hosts growing older, they ponder jealously on the low slung jeans of your average Dublin hipster, rub their nipples and find a new love for Dave McSavage.

SSH 15: Don’t Look Back In Ongar.
The Superheroes find themselves even more Suburban when they are teleported to Planet Ongar, far far away from Groovetown studios where they normally transmit their broadcasts home. Here they meet up with their host Nora Bam who brings them on a chronological journey back to 80′s Dublin and tells us about being on Craggy Island. They conduct an interview with Bruce Lightyear, a Space Ranger who attempts to determine if they are friend or foe, Krossie rails against the army of I clones that he thinks an earthling has created, and they introduce another superheroe to the show in the form of Chicken Man.
