The heads over at lovely looking Second Square to None, have this wee reminder for you all to get your arses up and out tomorrow night for the Ghetto Quietly party in Murrays basement.

The whole refurbishment buzz down there hasn’t exactly lived up to the promises given by the management, but still, the gigs have been going relatively well.  The house system is good once you get up to it –  so just use your heads and pop upstairs to get the drinks in, its much cheaper than the basement.

Sort of a shame to see a venue with such potential go so hideously mismanaged, but such is the right of the vintner. The middle bar of taxi drivers having an earful to sets of racist jokes from some hotel lobby bar crooner really needs to get going. The clash of cultures as you make your way down to the toilets can be a little violently disconcerting too.

Either way, such is Dublin – fuck it –  up and out from your houses. Kong is playing at midnight. So miss it and its your own fault. Let’s a have a full dance floor for once. It seems like its been a while in Dublin.
